Who processes the data

Purpose
I freely consent to the controller processing my enquiry to review it, contact me and discuss custom terms for the Laboratory. This does not create a contract, activate a subscription or grant access.
Data and processing covered
This consent covers the name, email address and optional enquiry text I provide. Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use to respond, restriction and deletion, by automated and manual means. The enquiry ID, date and consent version are recorded as evidence of consent.
Scope limitations
This consent does not cover document upload or analysis, marketing or publication of data. Do not include other people’s data, confidential document contents, passport, banking or health information in the enquiry. Handling of uploaded documents is agreed separately before upload.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until discussions of the enquiry are completed or consent is withdrawn. The privacy policy sets a maximum retention period of three years from the last interaction. Once the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, the data must be deleted within the applicable statutory period unless another lawful basis permits retention. To withdraw, email hello@zaryaintel.com with the subject “Withdraw custom terms enquiry consent”. Include the enquiry number or the email address used in the form.
Self-service pilot sign-up
Version lab-pilot-signup-2026-09-15-v1 applies when an account is created directly on the pilot page. It covers the name and email address, creating the account, sending the sign-in email and setting up the pilot. The date, consent version, IP address and browser details are also recorded as evidence that consent was given from this device. Document processing is not covered: those terms are accepted separately in the account before the first upload. Paying for the pilot requires phone confirmation; the number itself is not stored, only an irreversible derivation of it.
How consent is given
Consent is given by separately checking the consent box and submitting the enquiry. The box is not preselected. On the preview site, only form validation is tested. Neither the enquiry nor consent is submitted to a server.
