Professional experience

Pavel’s professional background includes service in various units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. His last posting was in the analytical division of the Ministry’s central office. His work covered analytical research on individuals and legal entities, uncovering and reconstructing connections, testing analytical hypotheses and forecasting how a situation would develop.
